Contracted to provide deployment services to the Navy's Medical Group.
The Mission:
GTech was responsible for validating the availability of site power required to support the installation of more than 1,500 computer systems. Services also included asset tracking and management, systems deployment, and configuration, and data migration. Locations included Portsmouth Naval Hospital, Sewells Point Dental, Oceana, Dam Neck, and Boone Clinics, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, and Naval Station Norfolk.

- Awarded the contract as a result of outstanding performance for a previous computer contract,
- Completed this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule,
- Provided additional Information Technology (IT) services at a substantial cost benefit to the client,

Multi-billion dollar computer contract awarded to EDS and Partners (Dell computers, Raytheon, etc.) to provide world class IT services for the Navy Marine Corps Intranet Program (NMCI)
The Mission
GTech provided supported the technical computer hardware refresh of 1,350 classified and unclassified laptop and desktop computers for the Navy's former CINCLANTFLT Headquarters in Norfolk, VA.

- Met or exceeded scheduled deployment requirements,
- Able to ramp up/down personnel resources thus meeting needs while avoiding excess,
- Recruited, equipped, and managed a team of skilled desktop computer deployment professions. Effectively ramped up/down resources to meet contract dynamic requirements,

The Mission
Awarded contract to conduct desktop computer validation of the Navy's former CINCLANTFLT HQ's legacy laptop and desktop computers. Validation included the identification, verification, and documentation of hardware, applications, and operating systems software.

- Facilitated the completion of the Information Strike Force's (ISF) transition team's ability to meet scheduled transition milestones,

Virginia Employment Commission |
Virginia Employment Commission required replacement of legacy computer equipment and operating systems with "state of the shelf" Dell computers.
The Mission
Completed the deployment of more than 1,500 computer systems throughout the entire state of Virginia. Services included hardware and software installations, computer systems configuration and end user desk side computer operator orientation training.

Requirement to repair/replace defective computer components for systems deployed at several Universities.
The Mission
Initially, required to provide computer retro-maintenance for the University of Virginia. Project was expanded to include several other Universities within an aggressive schedule.

- Exceeded the prime contractor's (Dell Computers) service expectations,
